* All Subcontractors / Contractors must provide general liability insurances with Adam's Maintenance Services, Inc added as an additional insured. 

* All Subcontractors / Contractors must be able to pay for there own supplies, gas and transport to and from job sites. 

* up on accepting a job a contract for that job will be sent to you for signing, once you sign the contract you are obligated to complete all work that is required under such contract. 

* We Pay Weekly on Fridays using ADP Payroll for all subcontractors, contractors. 

* We do not provide materials or cash advancements for jobs. 

* Large Jobs where your on a crew Adam's Maintenance Services will buy all materials as we will be the Licenses GC for that project. 

* Most jobs have a NTE (Not To Exceed) per-set amount / limit. Increases can be made to the NTEs for general work orders by submitting an estimate while onsite, do not leave site until estimate is approved by us. 

*  All Subcontractors are required to use our Mobile App to check in to jobs, collect payments from customer and to submit estimate's.  

* Tools:  All Subcontractor's are required to have there own tools for the trade you are in. we do not accept any invoices for new tools. We do accept upon approval tool rentals for special projects, but request must be made on the estimate you submit for the job.

 * We require all receipts to be submitted with each invoice, these receipts must be scan and uploaded to app same day, the receipt must have the date listed on it showing same date of job. unless other wise approved.
